Today was the last day that the Year 1 children could hand in their application forms and we had a staggering 73 applications! Over the next two weeks all the children who applied will have an interview and a computer task – we can’t wait to chat to them all!
So the day finally arrived and we very bravely stood in front of all the year 1 children and told them all about being in the digital team. Everyone sat and listened carefully and we are looking forward to receiving all the application forms back soon.
Tomorrow we will be presenting our special assembly to the Year 1 children about becoming digital leaders and helpers. We have been busy little bees preparing for our special assembly to the Year 1 children all about becoming the new digital leaders and helpers. We have made posters and next week we will be planning what we want to say. Exciting times!

This week the Digital Leaders and Helpers have been learning how to fill in their game board pathway and background. The boards really have started to look good – next time we will be adding the text and clipart.
The Digital Leaders were so pleased to receive their new lanyards which arrived today! They go beautifully with the Helpers badges, we think they all look great 🙂
